For class I looked at the blog, Hack Education. It is really an amazing collection of weekly information, covering both technology and education. A diverse and large topic(a) area to be sure it is a great example for me of what blogs are supposed to be and why they are such a great part of the Internet. Audrey Watters has basically taken her professional interests and research that she is doing for her career and is sharing this with interested others. She could just be reading, taking notes and keeping this to herself, but instead she is organizing the information for others, and all for free. One downside of this website is the lack of visuals. A big part of web based information vs print is the ease of use of visuals and this blog is not really taking full advantage of this.
